Former President Peter Mutharika’s personal security aide, Norman Chisale, is set to be transferred to Lilongwe today after spending the night at Chilomoni Police Station.
The cops rearrested Chisale yesterday at Chichiri Prison within minutes of his release on bail in an attempted murder case.
His latest arrest, however, is related to the murder of former ACB official Issa Njaunju some years ago.
Chisale has been in police or prison custody for over two weeks now since his first arrest on 14 July in relation to a K5 billion fraudulent cement importation scandal.
